In Milovice, TIC provided its legal assistance to citizens protesting against the construction of photovoltaic power plant in the area of Letiště Boží Dar.
The debate was mainly concerned with the issue of local referendum, which was originally initiated by the citizens but due to various obstructions by the town authorities had to be decreed by the court.
