The joint stock company České dráhy refused to provide TIC with information about the terms under which its share in one of its subsidiaries was sold. České dráhy’s stated justification for withholding the information was that it did not consider itself an entity required to provide information pursuant to the act on free access to information. TIC filed a lawsuit at the administrative court in protest.
